My Bio

Welcome to Century 21 Real Estate Unlimited home page.

My name is Chris Wilson, I grew up in the city of Jacksonville and graduated as a Jacksonville Red Devil class of 1990. I am part of a very close-knit family whose father proudly served in the military as a Marine and later the Army, several members of our family have proudly served and some still serving our great country today. I am a former police officer that served the city of Jacksonville from 1998 to 2006. I really enjoyed my time there as a S.R.O./D.A.R.E officer. When school was out for the summer breaks, I would work with the Boys & Girls club and help to guide our young people into becoming teens and preparing them to be productive members of our society when they become adults, because they are indeed our future. I lived in Searcy, AR. For 20 years and recently moved back to the Cabot area to be closer to my family again. I am a family man with a wife and three daughters myself and I know how challenging it can be to find the right home for you and your family.

The last 14 years of my working career I was a land acquisition agent/supervisor for various gas & oil companies throughout the U.S. Preparing a solid contract is the key to any property sale or lease while making sure that your client obtains the best deal possible, while treating all parties involved in the transaction with fairness and honesty.  No property is too big or too small. Contact me and I will be there to help you every step of the way, from helping you find the right lender, to obtaining the accepted offer and getting the deal to the closing table. I will even help you find a moving service to help remove any extra stress that may arise through the moving process. Together we can make the purchase of your new property or the selling of your current property a breeze. I will handle any of your concerns with the upmost care, courtesy, and professionalism that you deserve. I look forward to meeting with you.
