Rental Procedures
Fill out our credit and lease application.
When you turn in the credit AND lease application you will need $75 non-refundable processing fee per adult in the form of cash, money order, or cashier check made out to Century 21 Real Estate Unlimited for processing fee.
Depending on the owner the property MAY allow pets for a nonrefundable pet fee per animal.

Most lease agreements are one year lease, unless specified.
Once given the go ahead by property manager, we will go over and sign the lease agreement.
You will receive keys when ALL utilities are proven to be in your name.
